The two added that when they first read the script, they were moved by Frey’s dynamic character along with the contrasting themes of modern and fantasy.Mysteriously transported from New York City, Frey Holland finds herself trapped in the breathtaking land of Athia. Talking about the game, both McCreary and Schyman said that they were excited to work together. The score the two came up with gave the game that unconventional tone.

The game’s score was composed by Bear McCreary (God of War 2018) and TV series (The Walking Dead), and Garry Schyman (Bioshock series).

She is voiced by Janina Gavankar (True Blood). There is also Tanta Sila, the strongest matriarch in Athia. The trailer also shows that helping Frey is a magical sentient bracelet named “Cuff,” which is voiced by Jonathan Cake (Stargirl). Her journey also takes her to various kinds of environments that she can utilize. Over the course of her journey across Athia, Frey learns about harnessing different types of magic along with being able to cast powerful spells. If you didn’t have time to watch the trailer, it gives everyone a closer look at the magic-infused combat and dynamic movement, both of which play an important role in the gameplay. In addition to a release date, a new story trailer has been revealed which shows more details about Frey. The game is set to be launched on PlayStation 5 and PC. This is the first title to be released by Luminous Productions, a studio under Square Enix. Forspoken finally has a release date, well sort of, and it’s in spring 2022.
